Rubio: USA invited Putin to G20 summit in Florida in December

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio met on Wednesday on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. After an hour-long meeting, Rubio announced that Vladimir Putin received an invitation to the G20 summit to be held in December in Florida.
