Iran toughens peace terms: demands end to fighting on all fronts

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi met U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. According to Iranian media and an IRGC spokesman, Tehran now demands a halt to military operations on all fronts of the so-called axis of resistance and the lifting of the Yemen blockade — a hardening of previous negotiating conditions.
