Renewed National Judicial Council issues first judge nomination to Szczecin court

After 100 days since its appointment by parliament, the renewed National Judicial Council has for the first time filled a vacancy in a higher-instance court — the nomination went to Szczecin. The Council also began talks about returning to the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary, from which the illegal neo-Council was removed under PiS rule.
