RCB alert and sonic boom: fighter jets scrambled at Ukraine border

On Wednesday around 7:00 a.m., Poland scrambled fighters near its border with Ukraine following a Russian air attack on Ukrainian territory. Authorities feared missiles or shrapnel might threaten Polish airspace. Residents received RCB alerts and reported loud booms.
