Trains hit concrete blocks on tracks in Lublin region, prosecutor investigating

Tuesday evening in Lublin province, two freight trains struck concrete blocks lying on the rails. Prime Minister Donald Tusk commented: "It could have been a tragedy." Prosecutors are investigating; media previously reported that a 12-year-old placed the blocks on the tracks.
