Warsaw Stock Exchange fund invests 1.2 million zloty in Gdansk cancer vaccine biotech

Voolt S.A. (formerly R Ventures II), listed on GPW's NewConnect market, invested 1.2 million zloty for approximately 5% stake in Gdansk-based Vaxican. The company is developing therapeutic anticancer vaccines using a proprietary eVLP platform. This is another step in financing a Polish biotech project with potential breakthrough significance in oncology.
