New labor law from November 5: employers have until May 2027

From November 5, 2026, new regulations will take effect requiring employers to implement changes to prevent unwanted workplace conduct, including mobbing. Companies with at least 10 employees must adopt new rules and procedures. Employers have until May 5, 2027 to comply with all requirements.
