EU removes Usmanov and Fridman from Russia sanctions list

EU ambassadors have agreed to remove oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman from the list of people subject to Russian sanctions, according to EU diplomats who spoke to Reuters. Meanwhile, restrictions on nearly 3,000 other individuals and entities will be extended for three years.
