19-year-old arrested for "grandparent scam" series across Poland

Officers from Garwolin arrested a 19-year-old suspected of running a series of "grandparent scam" fraud operations across multiple regions of Poland. Through complex analytical work and quick police decisions, the perpetrator's bank account was frozen and victims are expected to recover their money. The young man faces up to 8 years in prison.
