SGE, GE Vernova, Hitachi and Samsung sign SMR reactor agreement for Europe

SGE, GE Vernova, Hitachi and Samsung C&T announced an agreement to accelerate commercial deployment of BWRX-300 modular nuclear reactors in Central and Eastern European markets and the UK. The project combines American technology, Asian industry and European investment platforms. SMRs are seen as key to energy transition in the region.
