40 staff to quit children's emergency ward over 5 zloty per hour dispute

From October 1st, 40 out of 55 paramedics and nurses will leave the Children's Clinical Hospital emergency department at WUM over a pay dispute. Staff earn 90 zloty per hour and are demanding a 5 zloty raise. Paramedics warn of risks to young patients' safety.
