Maria Okrucińska wins junior world time trial championship

Polish cyclist Maria Okrucińska claimed gold in the junior time trial at the road cycling world championships, ending a 12-year drought for Polish cycling at the event. Second-place finisher Yana Decruyenaere was just over 12 seconds behind. Okrucińska's victory came Tuesday evening Polish time.
