Russia modernizes shelters in Moscow and St. Petersburg for tens of millions of rubles

Russia is spending tens of millions of rubles on repairs to air defense shelters in Moscow districts and subway stations in St. Petersburg. Work is underway as Ukrainian drones struck another Russian refinery Sunday. The full-scale war in Ukraine is in its fifth year.
