ECHR: 10 Ukrainian children missing after Russian annexation of Crimea

The European Court of Human Rights is hearing a case of ten Ukrainian children aged 1 to 5 who disappeared after Russia's annexation of Crimea. The children were taken from care facilities and put up for adoption. The case concerns children seized from Ukrainian child care institutions.
