Apache offset: $120 million for infrastructure, mostly to Dęblin
Following offset agreements signed in March 2026 between WZL-1 and Lockheed Martin under a 96-helicopter Apache contract, the offset package for WZL-1 is worth about $460 million. Of this, $120 million is dedicated to infrastructure development — most will go to Dęblin in the Lublin region, where a modern test cell will be built among other facilities. The total Apache contract value is $10.8 billion.
