Żurek: Nawrocki breaks constitution, we won't stand idle

Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek said that President Karol Nawrocki, by refusing to administer the oath to Constitutional Court judge Maciej Berek, is violating the constitution. He announced taking "substitute actions," but noted that the final decision on further steps belongs to Berek himself.
