Meloni ally: EU must be ready to work with Le Pen after elections

A leading MEP linked to Giorgia Meloni called on the European Union to drop the "cordon sanitaire" against Marine Le Pen and be ready for close cooperation should she win French elections. He argues that the National Rally leader will not have a destructive influence on the EU. Not everyone in Brussels shares this optimism.
