Belarusian smuggled stolen German Lexus through Poland to Russia

A 55-year-old Belarusian citizen was stopped on September 20 at the border crossing in Grzechotki while leaving Poland. Border Guard officers determined the Lexus was reported stolen in Germany and its identification data had been falsified. The driver claimed he was taking the car to Russia at a friend's request. The vehicle is valued at 220,000 zlotys.
