New US troop rotation headed to Lithuania, President Nausėda says

A new rotation of American soldiers is already en route to Lithuania, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda said Tuesday. He stressed that the presence of US troops is an essential element of collective defense and deterrence. Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys called the decision "a powerful signal of Allied unity and determination".
