Former Rwandan official tried in UK for role in 1994 genocide

Vincent Brown, a former Rwandan official, appeared in a British court charged with incitement and direction of violence in the opening days of Rwanda's 1994 genocide. The trial is taking place in the United Kingdom. Prosecutors claim Brown directly organized and inspired the crimes.
