Ischinger: Tusk-Nawrocki feud is weakness signal that Kremlin sees

Wolfgang Ischinger, head of the Munich Security Conference, told Handelsblatt that the coming autumn will be the most dangerous since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. He pointed to the publicly visible dispute between Poland's president and prime minister as a sign of weakness that the Kremlin could exploit.
