Sikorski: I'll nominate Trump for Nobel Prize if he sanctions Russia

Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said Monday that if President Trump applies the new sanctions law against Russia, it could lead to an honorable end to the war in Ukraine. Sikorski committed to personally nominating Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize in that case.
