Trump launches own television channel on YouTube: "Trump TV"

President Donald Trump launched the "Trump TV: The Essential Station" channel on YouTube and a mobile app, broadcasting official administration messages and speeches around the clock. The station launched after Trump excluded select news outlets from White House access. The new medium is meant as an alternative to mainstream media, which Trump has criticized for years.
