ING Bank Śląski drops WIBOR, offers POLSTR-based mortgages from September 28

ING Bank Śląski announced it will offer mortgages based on the new POLSTR reference rate from September 28, moving away from WIBOR for new products. It is the second bank after PKO BP to make this shift before year-end. The switch from WIBOR to POLSTR is part of broader reform of Poland's reference interest rate system.
