Singapore startup Nexstrom aims to mass-produce 2D semiconductors

Singaporean firm Nexstrom secured new funding to develop equipment for manufacturing two-dimensional semiconductor materials at industrial scale. 2D technology has potential to replace conventional chips in certain applications. The company targets deployment of its equipment in existing semiconductor fabs.
