Government adopts PIT and CIT amendments: higher taxes for flat-rate and rental income earners

The government adopted a major amendment to income tax and flat-rate tax laws comprising over 20 changes to income taxation. Higher taxes will be paid by, among others, flat-rate taxpayers, those renting properties, those using IP BOX relief, and those using Estonian CIT. The draft also includes significant changes for spouses and other taxpayer groups.
