Government approves tax overhaul: higher PIT, CIT and flat tax for entrepreneurs and landlords

The Cabinet approved a sweeping amendment to tax laws covering over 20 changes to PIT, CIT and flat-tax rules. Higher taxes will be paid by flat-tax operators, property landlords, entrepreneurs using the IP BOX relief, and those under Estonian CIT. Changes also affect spouses filing jointly.
