White powder at Oktoberfest is schneeberg, not drugs

At this year's Oktoberfest in Munich, guests inhale white powder alongside beer, which at first glance might raise concerns. It is schneeberg, called "legal cocaine" — a mixture of herbs and tobacco, widely available and legal.
