Brzoska: Meta earns 760 million zlotys yearly on Polish scams, demands 150% penalty
Rafał Brzoska, founder of InPost, presented a report showing that Meta may earn up to 760 million zlotys annually in Poland from fraudulent advertisements — roughly 37 percent of the company's revenue in the country. Brzoska demands penalties reaching 150 percent of platform profits from such campaigns and creation of a compensation fund for scam victims. His proposal assumes that platforms profiting from fraud should repay more than they earned.
