Panamanian bulk carrier collides with Chinese fishing vessel in Singapore Strait

The bulk carrier First Margaux collided with a Chinese fishing vessel in the Singapore Strait. Panama's Maritime Authority confirmed both crews are safe and in good condition. Responsibility for the accident has not yet been determined.
