Morawiecki and Dworczyk: 3-month training and 2,000 km-range weapons for Poland

Mateusz Morawiecki and Michał Dworczyk presented a report titled "Army for War, Not Parades," proposing three-month military training for high school graduates and an army model based 85% on reserves. The plan also calls for developing Polish long-range weapons (up to 2,000 km) and allocating 100 billion zlotys to domestic military technology.
