Off-duty officer stops driver with over 1.5 per mille in Węgrow

A police officer from Węgrow Police Headquarters, while off duty, noticed concerning driving behavior from a Citroën and decided to intervene. He stopped the vehicle, prevented the driver from continuing, and called police. A breathalyzer test showed the 37-year-old driver had over 1.5 per mille of alcohol in his blood.
