MyDr data breach: over 50 complaints to GDPR office, 2,000 from data controllers

By September 17, the Personal Data Protection Office received more than 50 complaints and reports from patients over a data breach from the MyDr portal. Over 2,000 complaints were filed by data controllers. The case reveals serious gaps in the security of the system used by patients.
