Polish General Staff appeals: observe threats, report, do not intervene

The General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces is calling citizens to actively participate in civilian counterintelligence. Anyone who notices suspicious behavior that may indicate espionage or sabotage activity should remember it and report it to police, ABW or the military. The key principle is "reporting, not intervening" — without taking personal action that could endanger security.
