Swedes visited 2 LBOT: exchange on volunteer recruitment methods

On 18 September, a Swedish delegation from Försvarsutbildarna visited the 2nd Lublin Territorial Defence Brigade at the invitation of Territorial Defence Command. They discussed methods for recruiting volunteers to the Territorial Military Service and reaching interested candidates. The second topic was acquiring and training instructors — both sides shared proven solutions.
