EU extends Russia sanctions but Usmanov and Fridman may be delisted

The European Union is to extend sanctions against Russia for three years, but oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman are to be removed from the EU's blacklist, according to a source in the EU. France and Slovakia had urged their removal. Sanctions on other individuals and entities are to remain in place.
