Diesel in Poland near 9 zloty per liter; IEA warns of further increases

Armed conflicts in Iran and Ukraine have cut European diesel supplies, driving prices to records. European diesel contracts closed last week at historic levels, and in the USA a gallon costs over 6 dollars. Poland's average diesel price approached 9 zloty per liter. The International Energy Agency warns that increases may continue.
