Ukraine vs. Hungary: dispute over Carpathian Integration Initiative

After Viktor Orbán's departure, Ukrainian-Hungarian relations have cooled again. Kyiv accuses Budapest of continuing obstruction within the newly established Carpathian Integration Initiative (C8). Hungary responds that they were not consulted at all before joining the project.
