Fine for loud BMW in Andrychów, then drug test: 21-year-old had marijuana

Traffic police in Andrychów stopped a 21-year-old driving an excessively loud BMW. After excessive noise was confirmed by sound meter, a fine was issued and the registration document was seized. A breathalyzer test showed sobriety, but a drug test indicated marijuana presence — blood was taken for lab analysis. If the result confirms the presence of the drug, the man faces up to 3 years in prison.
