Putin's party wins record majority in Duma after occupied Ukraine elections

United Russia achieved a record majority in the State Duma in Kremlin-controlled elections. Five Western countries and Ukraine condemned the voting on occupied territories as illegal. On the final election day, a Ukrainian drone struck Moscow, killing two people. The EU announced new sanctions against Russia in response.
