Paramount reaches deal with prosecutors: WBD merger and TVN acquisition closer

Paramount Skydance reached an agreement with US states seeking to block the Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition. The deal was confirmed by California Attorney General Rob Bonta. The transaction also involves TVN—the Polish station owned by WBD—bringing it one step closer to completion.
