Court didn't block transfer of 700-acre nature reserve to SpaceX in Texas

Federal Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr. rejected a request from environmental groups to temporarily stop the transfer of over 700 acres of federal wildlife refuge to Elon Musk's SpaceX in Texas. The judge found that petitioners did not show the transaction would worsen ecological threats in the region over the Gulf of Mexico. Environmental groups say they will continue legal action.
