Czechia ready to help Poland under NATO Article 5, Slovakia distances itself

Czech Premier Andrej Babiš stated that Czechia would unhesitatingly fulfill obligations under Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty if Poland or another NATO ally were attacked. Prague declares full alliance readiness. Unlike Czechia, Slovakia distances itself from such a declaration, raising tensions between neighbors.
