Drunk driver in Lublin had 2.5 percent BAC, lost his car
On Saturday, September 19 around 8 p.m. on Dożynkowa Street in Lublin, witnesses saw a Kia driver swerving and crossing into the opposite lane. They called police and stopped him from driving further. A breathalyzer test showed nearly 2.5 percent alcohol. The 42-year-old was taken to a police cell, lost his license, and officers seized his car for forfeiture proceedings. He faces up to 3 years in prison and a heavy fine.
