Ukraine received 82 Abrams tanks, soldiers rate them highly despite bad press

Ukraine's Ground Forces have a total of 82 M1A1 Abrams tanks: 33 in the M1A1SA-UKR variant supplied by the US and 49 in the M1A1AIM version from Australia. Contrary to negative media reports, Ukrainian tank crews rate the Abrams very positively. The tanks have proven effective in combat conditions in eastern Ukraine.
