Weber warns Morocco after 70,000 migrants cross into Ceuta

European People's Party chair Manfred Weber, speaking at a press conference in Ceuta, warned Morocco that if the EU fails to stabilize its borders, there will be "obvious consequences." Over 70,000 people have crossed into the Spanish enclave. Weber called for a decisive European response to the migration crisis.
