BitMarket24 sues financial watchdog for 2.48 million zloty over warning list

Former Polish cryptocurrency exchange BitMarket24 has sued the Financial Supervision Authority demanding damages of 2,481,660.85 zloty. The company claims that its inclusion on KNF's public warning list in January 2019 cut it off from the market and led to its collapse.
