Night fire in Lublin: three-hour battle with flames, losses 100,000 zlotys
Late Saturday into Sunday, September 19, after 11 p.m., a single-story uninhabited building near allotment gardens on al. Unii Lubelskiej on ul. Działkowa in Lublin caught fire. The firefighting operation lasted nearly three hours and involved 26 firefighters from three professional units and OSP Głusk. Losses were estimated at approximately 100,000 zlotys; no one was injured. Complications included non-functioning fire hydrants and overgrown access roads.
