Trump: US negotiating cheaper potash fertilizer purchases from Belarus

Donald Trump announced Monday on social media that the United States is working on a "tremendous deal" to purchase potash fertilizers from Belarus at a price significantly lower than what has been paid to Canada. The US President called it "very good news for farmers and ranchers". The deal would be a breakthrough in US-Belarus relations, previously dominated by sanctions.
