Moscow in panic after record Ukrainian drone attack: concrete barriers at power plant

Following a record Ukrainian drone attack on Moscow, authorities began installing concrete barriers around power plant number 8 in the Russian capital. Witnesses reported this to the independent Russian channel ASTRA on Monday, September 21. This is one of the first visible signs that Moscow is reinforcing protection of critical infrastructure after Ukrainian strikes.
